Metro Finance is Authorised by the Financial Services Authority. Our registration number is 301701.

We use our knowledge and experience to find a mortgage lender or insurance company for you. We have access to a wide range of lenders and insurers and choose those which we feel are best for our customers. The range of lenders and insurers varies as we continually review products available.

Metro Finance does not advise or recommend a particular mortgage or insurance product to you. We provide you with mortgage and insurance information and mortgage and insurance product details to enable you to make an informed decision on whether the mortgage and insurance suits your personal circumstances.

We provide information on mortgages and insurance in the form of your key facts illustration and other supporting documents which are designed to give you the information you need to help you in choosing your mortgage and insurance.

Metro Finance does not ask for a fee in advance from you. The mortgage key facts illustration indicates the fee payable by you for our services once the mortgage has completed. We do not charge a fee for insurance arranging.

Metro Finance may from time to time contact you to give you information about mortgages and insurances. If you do not want us to keep in contact with you please tell us.

Metro Finance aims to provide you with a first class service to meet your specific needs. However, if you have a complaint about our service please tell us and we shall try our best to put it right and we will respond to your complaint within 5 days. If having given us the opportunity to rectify your complaint you are still dissatisfied, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for action by them.
